Terms of Service
Welcome to Radiant Planner, an iPhone app built by Tama Studio for planning social-media grids. These terms (the "Terms") govern your use of the app. By installing or using Radiant Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The service
Radiant Planner is a personal MVP iOS application that connects to your Instagram and TikTok accounts through their official APIs, mirrors your profile and media in a visual grid, and lets you arrange upcoming posts locally on your device.
The service is offered as-is, without warranty, and is provided free of charge. Features may change without notice as the app evolves.
2. Your accounts
To connect Instagram you'll need an Instagram Professional account (Business or Creator). To connect TikTok you'll need a TikTok account, and during early access, you may need to be added as a test user under the Radiant Planner developer app.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity on accounts you connect.
3. Third-party services
Radiant Planner talks to the official APIs operated by Meta (for Instagram) and ByteDance (for TikTok). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms:
Radiant Planner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or ByteDance.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Radiant Planner to violate any law or the terms of any connected platform.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code beyond what is publicly published.
- Use the app to spam, harass, or impersonate others.
- Bypass rate limits or any technical restriction imposed by the platforms.
5. Your content
Anything you add as a draft (photos, videos, captions) stays on your device unless and until you publish it yourself. You own your content. By using the app, you grant Radiant Planner permission to store and process that content locally on your device for the purpose of the planning workflow.
6. Publishing
The current version of Radiant Planner is a planning tool. Future versions may include the ability to publish posts directly to Instagram or TikTok on your behalf, subject to the API permissions you grant and the rules of each platform. Any such publishing feature will only run when you explicitly invoke it.
7. Disclaimers
Radiant Planner is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about its accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Metrics shown in the app are sourced from the Instagram and TikTok APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or revised by those platforms at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tama Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Radiant Planner — including but not limited to lost data, lost followers, lost revenue, or content moderation actions taken by a third-party platform.
9. Termination
You can stop using Radiant Planner at any time by uninstalling the app, which removes all locally stored data. We may discontinue the service or change these Terms with reasonable notice.
10. Changes to these Terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
